This package offers a loving and responsive way to enable solid sleep in your child, often producing complete turnarounds within a matter of days. With no strict times and stipulations, or impossible-to-stick-to routines, our child-led plans work around your family, not against it (our founder, Eve, had four children under the age of 6!)

The plan contains all the tools you need to overcome bedtime battles, too early starts, co-sleeping, night wakes, night feeds, lengthy settles, too-short naps, nap transitions, dummy dependency and motion-only sleep such as rocking, car or pram. Multiple times a day, we hear from families enjoying 11 to 12 hours of solid sleep overnight and peaceful, restorative naps in the day of up to three hours as a result of our flexible approach.

This package matches you with a dedicated sleep supporter who is also a paediatric nurse. As well as baby sleep, our team have both personal and professional experience in IVF journeys, twins, babies after loss and mental and physical health challenges.

The package comes with a week of one-to-one support, in which your sleep supporter will check in with you for up to 30 minutes a day for one week, to provide dedicated support, encouragement, motivation and guidance. Your plan is the roadmap for solid sleep success and your sleep supporter is your personal navigator. Additional weeks can be purchased at a cost of £150 per week.

Please self-assess and speak to a member of the C&B team before buying this plan to ensure it meets your family’s needs.
