Top Up Support
Top-Up Support sessions are 30 minutes of one-to-one guidance, troubleshooting and expertise from one of our highly-skilled sleep supporters, in a format that suits you. We aim to provide this support within three working days.
Top-ups can be added before, during or after you start your plan, and are there to:
- ensure you’re 100% ready and motivated
- reassure you that what you’re doing is loving, kind and evidence based
- provide personalised guidance and answer any questions
Please note: Top-Up Support can only be purchased in conjunction with one of our sleep plans.
