Our 1:1 sessions are 30 minutes of guidance, troubleshooting and expertise from one of our highly-skilled sleep supporters, in a format that suits you. We aim to provide this support within three working days.
Top-ups can be added before, during or after you start your plan, and are there to:
- ensure you’re 100% ready and motivated
- reassure you that what you’re doing is loving, kind and evidence based
- provide personalised guidance and answer any questions
Please note: Anyone with a sleep plan can access 1:1 support, however long ago the plan was purchased. Top up support must be used within a two week period of its purchase.
Our highly-skilled sleep supporter will make contact with you directly via WhatsApp within 24 (working) hours of receiving your order to arrange your support.
